this or future solicitation by submitting documentation in accordance
with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL) procedures. The
proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does
not own specifications or drawings. It is anticipated the award will
be made via a delivery order to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement.
A Request for Quotation will be issued to Allison Engine Company.
Authority and justification is FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are
encouraged to submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the
