Hill, Contracting Officer, 256-842-7436 This requirement is for one (1) each of the PortaCount Calibration and Repair System (PCRS). The PCRS shall be functionally equivalent, if not identical to, the PCRS system presently being used by the Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL) personnel at Redstone Arsenal. The contractor shall deliver, install, and demonstrate the PCRS to be fully operational at the APSL facility. The contractor is required to ensure that equipment is performing at an optimum level.
