Technical data, such as drawings, specifications, and test procedures are not available from the government.Additionally, performance of this contract will require peculiar manufacturing and test equipment that is not available from the government.Any other source which has produced this item previouslyand/or has legally obtained the applicable data, and has the necessary manufacturing capability, may seeksource qualification approval.
