Work includes, but is not limited to: production of construction documents, performance of construction period services and site visits, consultation/meetings/discussions with staff to establish specifiic requirements. Plans/specifications will include: demolition, minor asbestos removal, HV, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, voice/data communication, general construction, casework, finishes, etc. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the Scope of Work. NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION IS GEOGRAPHICALLY LIMITED TO FIRMS LOCATED WITHIN A 75 MILE RADIUS OF THE VAWNYHS-BUFFALO, NY. This acquisition is set-aside for emerging small businesses under the SIC 8711-Engineering Services. An emerging small business is defined as a business whose size (average of last three fiscal years) is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard that applies to the SIC code assigned. The numerical standard for SIC 8711 is $2.5 million. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. Award is subject to the availability of funds. All interested parties are invited to submit qualifications to the Contracting Officer in the form of SF's 254/255. Please ensure that all required information is submitted and accurate.
