The contract is to deinstallation, transport and technical assistance for U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum Traveling exhibition. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. Projects will be solicited on an-as-needed basis. The resulting contract will be awarded as a commercial item purchase. Ordering will be by separate task order for actual requirements. The solicitation will contain an 8 month base period. Each contract will contain a minimum workload guarantee of $5,000.00. The maximum workload for each contract will be $250,000.00. The SIC is 8412 size standard is $5.0 million.
