Operate a full time dining facility for the Indiana National Guard at the Indiana Military Academy facility, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price requirements contract to provide all personnel and resources necessary to order subsistence and supplies, prepare and serve meals, and clean the dining facility and common areas at Camp Atterbury in accordance with the Statement of Work utilizing a Government Furnished facility, utilities, and equipment. The contract will be for one (1) year with one (1) option period. The Government will issue biweekly delivery orders for meal requirements. The contract will be priced on a per meal basis. Three (3) meals per day will be required and meals will be served Sunday through Saturday including some holidays. This is will be a "best-value" procurement with evaluation factors of technical capability, past performance and price. Technical capability and past performance combined will be more important than price. This procurement will be solicited using a Request for Proposal, under the Commercial Items process, FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement shall be 100% set-aside for small business. The request should include Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Dunn & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), and list eligibility for electronic fund transfer (EFT). A Pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on January 5, 1999 at Building 5, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, Indiana at 1 p.m. The request for proposal will be issued on or about December 16, 1998.
