Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA is soliciting a sole source commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13) with Hyperwave Information Management, Inc., Santa Clara, California. The RFQ is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation-a written solicitation will not be issued. A sole source justification has been provided. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-09. Request pricing on the following line items: 0001, Hyperwave Server plus two days customization; 0002, 15 Concurrent User packs plus two days customization; 0003, One year of software support to include updates; 0004, Installation and training on site for a five day period; 0005, Software Enhancements, Senior Engineer per day fee, 0006, 15 Concurrent User packs plus two days customization.
