The successful Contractor shall provide and maintain efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair services at the Cape Cod Canal Field Office, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, Buzzards Bay, MA. In general terms, performance includes but is not limited to planning, administraiton, supervision, labor and equipment operations. Specific tasks could include custodial services, refuse collection, motor vehicle dispatching, operation and maintenance, storage and warehousing, maintenance of buildings and structures, grounds maintenance, bank stabilization and waterfront facilties repair. Conduct of work will be in strict accordance with contract specifications and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, codes and directives. The estimated cost of the work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The period of the contact will be for one base year and will include one option year.
