The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition procedures for services of a contractor for the servicing of Secretary-held Home Equity Conversion Loans. A formal RFQ will be issued on or about December 28, 1998. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 1998.
