GSA, NCR'S ELECTRONIC COMMERCE INFORMATION NETWORKING SESSION, WASH., DC The U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA) National Capital Region (NCR) will host an Information Networking session on Electronic Commerce. This event will be held on January 28, 1999, from 9:30 a.m. -- 12 noon, in the GSA, National Capital Region auditorium located at 7th & D Sts, SW, Washington, DC. The Electronic Commerce Information Networking Session will define electronic commerce as well as discuss Electronic Posting System (EPS), EPS is GSA's primary vehicle for disseminating written solicitations as of October 1, 1998, via a World wide Web-based application that provides an interface with the Commerce Business Daily Net for creating synopses and permits uploading of solicitation files. The Information Networking Session will also feature the Regional Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC). ECRCs offer a variety of services from education and training to technical consultation and support.
