This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quotation No. 99-SQ-34-0201 which incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 97-09. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3084 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, has a requirement for pipe to be used for dredging discharge. GENERAL REQUIREMENT: 1,520-feet of 12-inch OD; Type: SDR 15.5, PE3408 Industrial, 110 PSI, plastic pipe and 10,000-feet of 14-inch OD, SDR 15.5, PE3408 Industrial, 110 PSI, plastic pipe. Also required are twelve 12-inch and twenty-four 14-inch, SDR 17, mild flange adapters, and twelve 12-inch and twenty-four 14-inch CONV DI backuprings to be used for dredge discharge. FOB is DESTINATION. Delivery of the pipe, flanges, and backup rings shall be by January 15, 1999. Delivery shall be made to the Bureau of Reclamation, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, Arizona, 85364. The deadline for receipt of quotes is December 28, 1998, at close of business. Responses to this RFQ should be mailed to the Bureau of Reclamation, PO Box D, Yuma AZ, 85366. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies; provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies and evaluation shall be on the lowest priced technically acceptable product offered by a responsible vendor; provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification -- Commercial Items applies and a complete copy of this provision shall be required with the quote.
