All work shall be done in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications, and accomplished at Andersen AFB, Guam. The performance period will consist of a total of 260 calendar days. The initial 90 calendar days will be devoted to procurement of materials and mobilization only, and the remaining 170 calendar days will be devoted to actual onsite construction. The construction magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 11 Jan 99. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation. All solicitaion requests must be submitted in writing.
