Documents will be available for a non-refundable fee of $25 (CD-ROM version) or $100 (hard copy version). Please submit a check, money order, or cashiers check payable to Sound Transit for the version you are requesting along with your name, firm name, address, phone number, fax number and the number of this RFQ/P to the above address. Cash will not be accepted. Payments must be received by Sound Transit before documents will be mailed. 3. Interested firms are encouraged to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting that will be held to discuss this project, the consultant selection process, the schedule, and elements of the contract.
