Contract period April 1, 1999, through March 31, 2000, with four 1-year option periods. This is a commercial item acquisition IDIQ contract and the bids will be evaluated and multiple contracts awarded for two areas: Area 1: Washington/Oregon/Idaho; and Area 2: Alaska, as shown in the forthcoming solicitation. In order to be considered offerors must quote a price for all line items for the base year and option years for the geographic location shown on the price schedule.
