Husbanding Agent/Port Services to support U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships and vessels in the throughout western Mexico. Types of services required include, but are not limited to, CHT (sewage) removal, trash removal, water taxi services, vehicle rental, interpreter services, driver services, arranging with other contractors for providing provisions such as fresh fruit and vegetables, providing cellular telephones and/or portable radios, providing assistance in protocol functions, arranging customs brokerage services, cargo lighterage, drayage, crane and forklift services, and various other support services required by U.S. vessels in a foreign port. The period of performance will be a base year and two one year options, with performance to beginning on or about 01 JUN 99.
