The Puerto Rico National Guard is soliciting for Commercial Meals Services to be performed at Fort Allen, Bldg.148, Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. The contractor shall be rquired to provide all personnel with the technical capabilities, equipment, subsistence and janitorial supplies necessary to accomplich the requirements of the Statement of Work and all other conditions. A firm, fixed-price, with price adjustment requirements type contract, one base period, with four (4) option periods, will be awarded from this from this solicitation. This procurement shall be solicited using a Request for Proposal, using the Commerical Itme process, FAR Part 12 and Part 15. This procurement shall be 100% set-a-side for small business.
