Project includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, and supervision required for repair of interlevel ramps and post-tensioning to beams, slabs, concrete columns, and miscellaneous items. Work includes: Remove and replace ramp slab tendons; provide waterproofing to ramp slabs; repair all beams and damaged slab tendons; inspect and repair at beam ends of selected post-tensioning tendon anchorage and partial depth patch repairs to post-tensioned slab and full depth patch repairs to crane opening fill slab; repair cracks and spalled concrete column tops, column bases, and beams; waterproof to guard against moisture intrusion; provide concrete washes and floor drains to improve existing floor drainage; repair existing support cables at upper roof area on the east side; and repair the concrete landscape wall on the southwest side at the street level. The estimated cost of construction is between $1 million to $3 million. Time for completion is 240 calendar days. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The sic code is 1771, and the criterion for a small business in this category is a concern with average annual receipts for the preceding 3 years not exceeding $7 million. An acceptable Subcontracting Plan must be agreed to prior to contract award to any large business.
