It is the intent of FISC, NNSY ANNEX, to contract with CP Industries, Inc for the following: Item 0001: (1) each -- Bottle, Horizontal Air: LP air flask to be seamless steel pressure vessel to ASME UPV Code Section VIII, Division I, with factor of safety of 4 to 1.24" od x .516" min thk x 21'-0" long, volume 55.68 cu/ft, design pressure 1151 psi, design temperature -20 def F to +200 deg F. specs: 1) material: steel, ASME SA 372, grade J, class 65; 2) air flask will have end "A" of " pipe socket weld outlet connection. end "B" of " tube size outlet (drain opening) and one each 9/16-18 SAE drain open in vessel wall; 3) interior treatment shall be grit blasted, blown down with dry air or nitrogen, & purged with nitrogen for shipment; 4) inspection shall be ASME certified and register with the national board; 5) vessel shall be in accordance with CP Industries dwg #4x15941. Item 0002: (1) certificate of compliance (for Item 0001): Item 0003: (1) set -- provisioning technical documentation per mil-std-1516b and mil-std-1388-2b (for item 0001); Item 0004: (1) set technical manual inserts for repair of horizontal air bottle per US Steel dwg #4x15941. Inserts to include overhaul instructions, special repair instructions, and illustrated parts breakdown with mfg part numbers and exploded views. for Item 0001); Item 0005: (1) each accumulator, seamless pressure vessel to ASME UPV Code Section VIII, Division I, with factor of safety of 4 to 1, 18" od x .304 min wall x 25'-9" long, nominal volume 35.9 cu/ft, design pressure 900 psi, design temperature -20 deg F to +200 deg F. Specs: 1) material: steel, ASME SA 372, grade J, Class 65: 2) accumulator will have end "A" of 3", 400# flange outlet connection, end "B" (drain connection) fits cpv-51r-5 socket weld; 3) Interior treatment shall be grit blasted, blown down with dry air or nitrogen, & purged with nitrogen for shipment; 4) Inspection shall be ASME certified and registered with the national board; 5) Vessel shall be in accordance with CP Industries dwg #4x15940; Item 0006: (1) Certificate of compliance (for item 0005); Item 0007: (1) set -- provisioning technical documentation per Mil-Std-1516b and Mil-Std-1388-2b (for Item 0005); Item 0008: (1) Set technical manual inserts for repair of horizontal air bottle per US Steel dwg #4x15940.
