The solicitation will be issued on 17 Dec 98 and offers will be due on or about 08 Jan 99. This solicitation will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The magnitude of this project is $2,500.00 to $25,000.00 with a performance period of 30 calendar days. The work will consist of removal of bad conductors and potheads and dispose of them in accordance with local, state, and federal procedures. The contractor will be required to blow in pull line for pull rope, pull in rope and swab conduit, and #2 15kV.3 phase service and #3 ground with service. The contractor will be required to install termination brackets and complete the terminations on the pole. The contractor will also be required to install terminations in the switchgear and ground switchgear as required, energize the circuit, and phase into switch.
