In addition to the preceding known projects, other out-of-cycle CTR, IRP, EC and PP projects may be required in FY99. Work will be performed on Air Force Plant 44 which is a Government-Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) plant. Project award is anticipated to Hughes Missile Systems Company which has operated and been responsible for Air Force Plant 44 for the past 44 years.
