Phila. intends to acquire on an unrestricted full and open competitive basis, Hotel/Motel Lodging in support of the Naval Air Station, Willow Grove, PA for the period 01 February 1999 through 31 Janaury 2000 plus four-one year option periods. The requirements are: max 75 rooms for two drill Fridays and Saturdays per month and max 5 rooms every Sunday through Thursday. Facilities must be located within 30 minutes from NAS Willow Grove. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a commercial items acquisition. Award of a firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
