Facilities include: NOAA Coastal Svcs Ctr Bldg #1, NOAA Coastal Svcs Bldg #2, several small storage bldgs, shelter, trailer (butler bldg) and all surrounding grounds, roads and parking lots. The award will be a five-year contract with base period and four option years. Contractor site visit is highly recommended.
