The United States Property and Fiscal Office of Tennessee has a requirement to Repair/Maintain Vehicle Maintenance Bldg. 246 for the Tennessee Air Natioal Guard at McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN located in Knoxville, TN. Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required by the contract specifications and drawings for repair and maintenance of Bldg. 246 at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base. Work is to include the following: 1) Replacement of mechanical system; 2) Replacement of electrical system; 3) Replacement of interior plumbing system and components; 4) Replacement of overhead doors, exterior windows, and exterior entrance doors; 5) Covering of building exterior with exterior insulated finish system; 6) Replacement of interior finish systems and partition walls; 7) Removal of asbestos containing construction materials. Estimated cost of the construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00, certified check or money order (NO COMPANY CHECKS), made out to "U.S. Treasury", is required. The procurement is a small business set-aside.
