These efforts will be procured from the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Building 3193, 22398 James Road, Patuxent River, MD, 20670. Bell-Boeing is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the V-22. As such, Bell-Boeing is the only source possessing the unique knowledge, experience, and technical data which is required toperform the described effort in the required time frame.
