The successful offeror will provide framed stamp art, according to specifications, for the Postmark Gallery program of the USPS. Different types of framed pieces are sought: basic (stamps matted and framed), with special treatments (such as incorporating a picture that would complement the stamp design), and custom items (which involve stamps no longer available through the USPS). The base period of the contract will run from January, 1999 to August, 1999. Two option periods will be incorporated which could extend the contract throught Fiscal Year 2001. All items must be produced and assembled in the United States, exclusively for the USPS.
