this notice is to determine public interest in the licensing of a
technology entitled "Nondestructive Test Method for Assessment of
Subterranean Tower Anchor Rods". This invention offers an improved
means for volumetric assessment of the below grade condition of tower
anchor rods without unearthing of the individual rods or destabilizing
the structure. It offers a substantial reduction on assessment time
and cost, increased safety and reliability, and provides accurate data
for trending and prediction of the useful life of the tower anchor
rods. This method has been field tested and support documentation and
test results are available. Respondents will be provided with a
technical brief and instructions for preparing and submitting a
business plan, an integral element of the licensing process. A typical
license agreement will contain license fees and running royalties.
