a requirement for an Architect-Engineering Firm to provide design and
related professional services for the Environmental Saftey at Various
Institutions in the North Central Region of the United States. Services
will consist of environmental/safety investigations, assessments,
training, remediation design and administration, surveys, testing,
contingency plans, and medical isolation. Services may include
desing-build, construction documents, bidding and construction
administration or assistance to Federal Bureau of Prisons Staff in the
preparation of in-house designs of related work. Selection of firms to
be interviewed will be limited to those located within a 50 mile radius
and interviews will be based on the following factors: Capacity and
Capability (30%); Project Team and Organization (25%); Experience and
Performance (35%); Knowledge of Localities (10%). Firms desiring
consideration shall submit appropriate SF-254 and SF-255 forms as
described in numbered note #24. Firms responding within 30 calendar
