This system will interface with COHO databases to create a web-enabled press to post jobs, receive on-line applications, evaluate candidate eligibility, and refer those best qualified in the area of personnel management administration. This software is to be utilized with the COHO SYSTEM. This is considered to be sole source to Avue Technologies, Inc. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be utilized and an oral quotation will be solicited on or about 01/11/98. Other than full and open competition is authorized pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 2253(c)(1).
