Ohmeda RGM Model Numbers 5250 and 5350. Ohmeda Ventilators Model 7000 and Ohmeda Anesthesia Machines Model Excel. Contractor must perform quarterly performance assurance testing, calibration and vaporizer efficacy tests on each unit. Also, the contractor must provide emergency and regular repair service between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday -- Friday, except holidays. Successful contractor must respond with a telephone call within 2 hours of notification by VA and complete on site repairs within 48 hours of initial notification. Solicitation packages will be available on or before December 23, 1998. All request for solicitation packages must be in writing on company letterhead.
