The Naval Air Systems Command intends to enter into negotiations for the procurement of services in way of a Logistics Services Representative (LSR) for the E-2C Egypt Foreign Military Sales Program. This representative's main duty will include responsibility for an extensive range of logistical, financial, and technical management duties for all aviation spare parts, support/test equipment, and miscellaneous aeronautical materials. The negotiations for the procurement of these services will be entered into with Northrop Grumman Corporation of Bethpage, NY 11714. Northrop Grumman is the developer, designer, and sole manufacturer of the E-2 aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge and expertise necessary to accomplish this effort.
