Contractor shall provide Engineering Resource Management and Pest Control services. Contractor shall operate and maintain Electrical Plants and Systems, Heating Plants and Systems, Water Supply and Distribution Systems, Sanitary Sewage and Collection Systems, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems, Building Structures and Facilities, and Family Housing.
