Anticipated contract awards will be for a Base Period and four Option Periods. The contractors shall furnish the facilities, equipment and personnel necessary for medical care. The proposed guaranteed minimum(GM)/estimated maximum(EM) requirements for inpatient days is as follows: 25GM/150EM for each contract period.
