This project is unrestricted. For twelve (12) months following award, the contractor shall provide news clippings (clipped from publications and containing all graphics and photographs) from same day newspapers and major business publications throughout the United States. The clippings shall be customized to select articles of interest (there are nineteen (19) key words and/or phrases, at present and delivered by facsimile by 9:30 a.m. EASTERN TIME each workday. Services are not required on weekends or Federal holidays. Over sixty (60) publications across the United States are required to be monitored (a listing of newspapers, newsmagazines, key words and key phrases is available upon request).
