The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to issue a solicitation for support of SPAWAR by preparing, designing, modifying, and setting up exhibits for use in trade shows, conventions, and symposia in the Continental United States, Hawaii and overseas. The contract is anticipated to be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) small business set-aside, SIC code 7319. Exhibits are based on modular exhibit systems customized for each show to meet SPAWAR marketing objectives. Schedules are unpredictable with quick turn-around times and critical deadlines and may involve overtime and travel. The contract will call for graphics support, storage, maintenance, modification, shipment, set-up, tear down and cleaning of exhibits. Contractor facilities must be located within a one-hour drive from SPAWAR headquarters.
