RFI FOR AAS SUPPORT FOR THE F/A-18 PROGRAM OFFICE The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intends to procure Contractor Advisory and Assistance Services to provide Technical, Financial, Management, Acquisition and Production Support for PMA-265, F/A-18 Program Office. This procurement will be a multiple award competition with two lots. Lot One includes the Technical, Financial, and Management support effort and Lot Two includes the Acquisition and Production Support effort. Lot One will be processed under a full and open competition and Lot Two will be processed as a 100% small business set-aside therefore, only firms whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $20 million may bid on Lot Two. This announcement is a request for information (RFI) from potential suppliers regarding: 1) the statements of work for both Lots One and Two, 2) labor category descriptions for both Lots One and Two, and 3) the structure of the competition (i.e. the multiple award scenario of two lots with one as a full and open competition and one as a 100% small business set-aside). Any contractors desiring to comment on these items can access the statements of work and labor category descriptions on the NAVAIR Home Page located on the World Wide Web (WWW).
