The Officer in Charge requires the contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to seal leaks, in a nondestructive manner, in steam piping without interruption of service. This shall include supplying the Contracting Officer with a phone number where the Contractor can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency repairs. This solicitation is for a period of one year. The Government may extend the term of the contract for a period of one to twelve months. The total duration including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
