The solicitation will be issued on 18 Dec 98 and offers will be due on or about 08 Jan 99. This solicitation will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The magnitude of this project is $2,500.00 to $25,000.00 with a performance period of 30 calendar days. The work will consist of removal of the old well pump and replace it with a 5-horse power submersible pump and motor. The work will also require the contractor to send a video camera down into the shaft to inspect for obstructions.
