This synopsis is issued to obtain sources capable of providing a Microwave Data Link system and guyed towers, anticipated to be located in North Carolina. Contractor shall complete site civil work, extend and install A/C power service, provide and install backup generator system, manufacture or purchase 520' and 410' guyed towers, provide and install tower lighting system, install GFE shelter, microwave radio, and multiplexing equipment, install site grounding system, install GFE microwave dishes and waveguides, and establish microwave path between two sites. Requirement also includes options within the same or similar scope of effort. Towers shall meet EIA-222-F and local building code requirements, have ice loading of inch at 75% maximum wind loading, and have a climber safety cable. Anticipated SIC code is 3441, small business size standard is 500 employees. Draft statement of work and system specification documents are available to interested parties. It is requested that interested parties submit a capabilities statement/documentation (under 10 pages), related past performance data (past 5 years, under 5 pages), and general corporate information, including business size.
