ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR five each, Radio console Ericsson C-3 Maestro Console for Windows NT CPU & software, enhanced audio Enclosure, 14" monitor VGA desktop microphone, Dual footswitch, headset jack, supra headset, Desktop speaker kit, custom keyboard, quick recovery Compact disk, external UPS to include the following items: MSC cards controller card, audio card, software for MSC cards. All five consoles will work independently through the MSC. This will reduce the possibility of a single point of Failure of the consoles because of central electronic bank failure. The MSC has a redundant backbone interface Cards to prevent a single point of failure in the MSC. Land Mobile console system capable of clear two-way Communications. This system is required to directly Interface with existing GE, ERICSSON, EDAC, UHF Trunk Systems currentlyused on Elmendorf AFB. Posses the capability to make Calls, receive responses and call from units with the Trunked System. Is required to communicate with up to twenty separate UHF Trunking maintenance nets emergency notification capability to transmit on multiple talk groups simultaneously. Must maintain the ability to broadcast the DWEBEL tone for emergency notifications. Capability to build preset and Progressive talk groups. Has a console-to-console intercom capability primary and secondary speaker capable of monitoring two separate nets simultaneously.push-to-talk footswitch. Frequency requirement: 4032440 MHz.
