The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington (FISCNORDETWASH), Washington, D.C., has a requirement for the Naval Reserve Information Systems Office (NRISO), Washington, D.C. to support the Navy's Technology Support Division. The scope of the effort shall include, but is not limited to, Program Management, Technical Operations Support, Production Services Support, Technical Media Support, Hardware Maintenance Support, Network Control Center and LAN Management Center Support, and Customer Service Desk Support. Performance will be at the Naval Reserve Information Systems Office, Navy Annex, Washington, D.C., and will be approximately 85,280 man-hours a year. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The contract will be for a base period of six months, and two one-year option periods. The contract will also include FAR Clause 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services." Proposals will be evaluated based upon best value source selection, including past performance.
