The Electronic Commerce Task Force (ECTF) of the Department of Commerce (DOC) is soliciting quotes from qualified offerors to develop an automated export transaction system with digital payment resolution to be used for: providing small to medium size export ready firms (SMEs) the ability to place products into the global marketplace through electronic means; and training for Commercial Service Trade Specialists, SMEs and the general public. The system design(s) should have the following capabilities: (1) Order processing; (2) Full data encryption compliant with federal ITAR regulations; (3) Tariff/currency rate linkage; (4) Confirmations; (5) Licensing certifications; (6) Export-specific "process functions"; (7) Multiple points of sale; (8) Documentation creation; and (8) Expansibility to multiple markets. Work will be performed at both contractor facilities and government sites from date of award for a period of one year.
