We are seeking your response on the availability for rooms and price per night, single and double occupancy, as noted below. Item A. The National Service Executive Program Training Classes, 5 -day training Dates of Training: February 21-26, 1999 and March 14-19, 1999 BEGINS -- on Sunday afternoon ("the Sunday") and Ends -- Friday evening. Sleeping Rooms: 35 single occupancy rooms for 6 nights beginning on "the Sunday"- 2 single rooms and 3 double occupancy rooms for 8 nights beginning on the Saturday prior to "the Sunday" -- 1 single room for 9 nights beginning on the Friday prior to "the Sunday" Item B: The National Service Executive 3-day Follow-up training Dates of Training: August 11-13, 1999 and September 1-3, 1999. Sleeping Rooms: 35 single occupancy rooms for 4 nights beginning on "the Tuesday"; 2 single rooms and 2 double occupancy rooms for 5 nights beginning on the Monday prior to "the Tuesday"; 1 single room for 7 nights beginning on the Sunday prior to "the Tuesday" Item C: National Service Leadership Development Program 3 -day training Dates of Training: February 2-5, 1999 and April 6-9, 1999; Sleeping Rooms:25 double occupancy rooms for 4 nights beginning on "the Tuesday"; 2 single rooms and 3 double occupancy rooms for 5 nights beginning on the Monday prior to "t he Tuesday" single room for 7 nights beginning on the Sunday prior to "the Tuesday." Federal regulations require that any hotel/conference space contracted shall meet and comply with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
