Box 64833, St. Paul, MN 55164. The SEC will contract for the service through the Library of Congress' FEDLINK, under an Interagency Agreement. The SEC has selected West Publishing because (1) Westlaw meets the government's minimum information needs and (2) significant savings are achieved by the government through a FEDLINK group rate for all participanting Federal Agencies. Additionally, the SEC has selected the fixed rate program which will provide Westlaw service on an unlimited basis at an annual flat fee. During the period of performance, West Publishing will provide the required dial-up information on micro-computers owned by the SEC. In addition, the dial-up service will include a high speed connection to the SEC's Local Area Network for multiple concurrent access to the Westlaw information retrieval service. See Note 22.
