Hillebrandt (503) 808-4615 The Portland District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to place an order with Intergraph Corporation to provide maintenance/services, including all software upgrades for the CADD system serving the Portland District. An Intergraph Field Engineer will provide systems administration and data base management, on-site support and telephone support to all outlying project sites of the Portland District for a one year period with four additional 12 month period options for a total of 5 years. Statuatory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This proposed contract actions is for services for which the Government does not hold copyrights. The software information pertaining to this CADD system is proprietary to Intergraph Corporation. Firms that recognize and can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which will permit their participation inthe current or future solicitations.
