The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the following services: Operate and maintain the Community Activities Division Office; Veterinarian Services; Supply Operations; Drug and Alcohol Control Program; Business Operations (Includes Community Club, Ditto Diner, Golf Course and Bowling Alley); Community Recreation (Includes Car Care, Shocklee Fitness Center and Trap & Skeet); Education Center/Family Support (includes Library, Child Development and Youth Services. These services are currently being performed by Government employees. The solicitation will be issued under the authority of OMB Circular A76, and award will be subject to the cost comparison, reviews and approvals required by the Circular and implementing regulations.
