The Naval Air Systems Command, Program Executive Office, Tactical Automated Mission Planning Systems (TAMPS) (PMA-233), Patuxent River, MD is seeking qualified sources who can meet the requirements for a management and professional services contract. TAMPS is a computerized method of planning and optimizing mission routes against hostile targets and provide a common automated system for rapidly processing large quantities of digitized terrain, threat, and environmental data and aircraft and weapon system parameters. This requirement will include the following: provides technical and engineering services to support Tactical Automated Mission Planning System (TAMPS) 6.X products during the acquisition life-cycle as well as support for prior deployed TAMPS 6.X products; provides technical and engineering services to support TAMPS 7.0 Joint Mission Planning Segment (JMPS) effort and products during the acquisition life cycle; provides management and professional support services for all TAMPS 6.X and 7.0 (JMPS) efforts and products in any phase of the acquisition life cycle; provides independent studies, analyses, and evaluations for present and future TAMPS effort, products, and systems; provides technical and engineering services, management and professional support services, and independent studies, analyses, and evaluations for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of TAMPS products; provides management and professional support services and independent studies, analyses, and evaluations for TAMPS support of mission planning modules; and provides technical and managerial data for the above items. These products and systems include Tactical Automated Mission Planning System (TAMPS) 6.X, Navy Portable Flight Planning System (N-PFPS), Tactical Strike Coordination Manager (TSCM), Navy Stores Planning and Weaponeering Module (NSPWM), Automated Tactical Manual Supplement (ATACS), Joint Mission Planning Segment (JMPS) and Special Warfare Mission Planning System (SWAMPS). This services contract will also support engineeringefforts, independent studies, analyses, and evaluations for Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Mission Planning Modules (MPMs) and Unique Planning Components (UPCs), and provide technical and managerial data. This requirement will be procured as a Small Business and the SIC Code for this requirement is 8741.
