This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to provide management support services to ensure the timely planning and execution of the Ryan White CARE Act Title II/ADAP Meeting scheduled for May 23-24, 1999. The contractor shall prepare and distribute letters of invitation and agenda to participants, develop and maintain a Participant List complete with addresses, telephone numbers and facsimile numbers in alphabetical order and by participants' State of origin as well as provide name badges, training, background, and travel materials. The contractor shall arrange for conference consultants/experts to serve as moderators and provide all other logistical arrangements (i.e., arrange for hotel suites, provide audio visual equipment, registration staff, etc.). The period of performance for this project is 6 months. PAREXEL., is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
