The Government intends to establish a accident incident Emergency Response Services in support MinuteMan III and Peacekeeper ICBM Liquid Propellant Propulsion Post Boost Control Systems. These systems contain energetic, toxic, hypergolic propellants requiring specialized response capabilities. The anticipated services will augment existing AF capabilities with total integration of contractor resources as a minimum requirement. Must have multi-state capability Utah, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, Nevada, California, Idaho, New Mexico. Light and heavy hazardous load recovery. Light and heavy vehicle recovery. Permitted for hazardous cargo transport multi-state. Small boom crane. Level A certified recovery during all phases. Licensed for disposal of hazardous materials. Equipped with decontamination capabilities. Must be capable of 2 hour, no notice response to Ogden Air Logistics Center at all times.
