The solictation was changed from an Invitation for Bids to a Request for Proposals. Technical proposals, as well as price proposals will now be required from firms wishing to be considered for award. Construct Flight-Line Support Facility including a 3500 square meter storage buliding with adminsitrative office space, break room, standing seam sloping metal foor, electrical and communication systems, mechanical systems, fire detection and suppression systems. Exterior site work includes vehicle parking and loading areas, site improvements and support. Facility will provide warehousing and storage of mission essential aircraft spare parts, assemblies and components necesary to maintain the C-17 aircraft and will house mobility readiness spares packages.
