The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), Product Manager for Petroleum and Water Systems, in Warren, Michigan, is seeking sources to provide a single source to the U.S. Army for petroleum and water pumping assemblies. These pumping assemblies are neccessary for the bulk transfer of fuel and water in theatres of operations, and they are major components of the Army's petroleum and water distribution systems. They are self-priming centrifugal pumps that are small and portable or trailer/skid mounted. The water and fuel pumps have operational capabilities ranging from 50 gallons per minute (gpm) to 600 gpm. A five-year requirement contract is planned for this effort. This questionnaire is strictly for information to be used by the Government only and will not be made available to any non-Government agency. You will not be compensated for your participation in this survey. We understand that the nature of several questions may require a commitment of time on your part. However, we need this information to best understand and evaluate your potential to provide the capability desired by the Government. Your cooperation in answering these questions will help us develop the best acquisition strategy for these systems.
